Post Super Bowl, Alex Rodriguez was seen scoping out NYC real estate with popcorn-transport-device Cameron Diaz, and now the Journal reports the Yankees third baseman has finally settled on a new home. As to be expected from someone who's got a $275M contract, A-Rod has made a deal to buy the entire 35th floor of a swank condo building on NYC's Upper West Side, which has views of the Hudson River and is rumored to have cost between $5.5M and $6M. Contract pending.
