Location: 3701 Clay St., Presidio Heights
The skinny: Though square footage isn't listed, it's still quite obvious that this 2-level condo is on the larger size. Also obvious are the strong presence of Moorish and Medieval motifs. The home landed on the market in early September and went into contract a month later.

Location: 1600 Diamond St., Noe Valley
The skinny: Though this home received well below asking, it last sold for $1.325M in 2001. It lasted two months on the market before accepting an offer.

Location: 31 Presidio Ter., Presidio Heights
The skinny: Dubbed "The Face of Presidio Terrace" because it's on a plot opposite the entrance gates of the private community. The home has it all: ballroom, elevator, etc. It was listed in early September for $8.195M and dropped its price to $7.95M a month and a half later. It quickly went into contract after the price reduction.
