DIY Inspiration: Add an Easy Pop of Color to a Basic Dresser — West Elm

A design as sophisticated as this mid-century inspired dresser from West Elm doesn't need any tinkering. But sometimes, you want to inject a little of your own personality into the piece, as Sonja Rasula did here.

The founder of independent design show UNIQUE LA went with the neon trend by spray painting the knobs and pulls a poppy pink. The tiny makeover makes a big impact on an otherwise classic design... and if you decide to go pastel later down the line, it's as easy as repainting the hardware.
