Refinery29 recently toured of the Chicago HQ of interior designer and once daytime TV hotshot Nate Berkus' design firm, a converted stable space stocked with flea market finds and antique mall furnishings, many of which Berkus hand-picked. The office—a loft-style spread with gobs of airspace for each of the company's 14 employees—features reupholstered vintage chairs, an Art Deco table he found on eBay, metal filing cabinets, mounted coral and other objets, and warehouse-style lighting and exposed ductwork.
