We're happy to report that Russian Hill's glassy penthouse at 2739 Larkin Street has nailed down yet another sale. This will be the third owner since 2010. It first appeared on the market in October of 2010 with an asking price of $1,995,000. It sold later that month for $2,650,000 after a bidding war. Back again in April of 2011, this time asking $2,695,000. It sold for $2,725,000 in May. Less than six months later it was back on the market asking $2,895,000. Buyers, however, were tired of the constant price increase, so it sold today for $2,600,000. We sincerely hope to not see it back on the market for a few years. Enjoy the place, it's lovely.
