2012_03_01_3636Washington.jpgIt shouldn't be taken as any kind of "market indicator." More like an owner who knows when to fold 'em: The Presidio Heights house beer baron Adolph Coors built for his daughter Lulu in 1910 closed escrow yesterday for $10M. Which would seem a handsome sum except that is was listed for $15M in November, 2011. Still, a nice bit of change for this stolid bit of San Francisco social history in need of some updating. And good news for the city's coffers. The owners were "only" paying around 26K in property taxes– new owners will be shelling out over a 100K a year. [Curbed SF/Redfin]
