Over-the-top indoor pools have been popping up in unexpected places; first, in the tony summer town of Southampton, N.Y, and now, in Andover, Mass., which owes its preppy reputation to the renowned Phillips Academy Andover preparatory high school. Yet despite the full-on cherry and mahogany woodwork inside, conservative this place is not, with nine bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms over 20,000 square feet, not to mention a full-size basketball court, bowling lane, arcade, putting green outside, and that pool atrium with a waterslide and a bar. Sited on more than four acres, the mansion is asking $6.5M.
