Over on AOL Real Estate they've rounded up a bunch of house asking less than $10K. While many look more like crack shacks than mansions, one caught our eye: a three-bedroom Colonial in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Built in 1925 on a tenth of an acre, the house has way more than one would expect to get for an REO, including a covered porch, an attic dormer, and a close proximity to some decently rated public schools. As for Garfield Heights, it's a city of nearly 30,000 that boasts Marymount Hospital, part of the famed Cleveland Clinic, among its credits. Given that the place last sold for $83,400 in 2006, consider $9,900 a steal.
