5-26-11sold.jpg2164 Pacific is a 2-bed, 2-bath, ground floor unit in Pacific Heights that plopped on the market in late January of this year. The building's Victorian exterior is absolutely charming, but the unit itself was "modernized," meaning no decorative mouldings, parlor doors or stained glass. Just smooth walls and granite countertops. Oh, and not much natural light. The unit also doesn't come with a parking spot. The original asking price was $675,000, and it just sold for $630,000. Which is unfortunate for the past owner, because they bought the abode in 2005 for $712,000. Congrats to the lucky buyer.
