Have a nomination for a jaw-dropping listing that would make a mighty fine House of the Day? Get thee to the tipline and send us your suggestions. We'd love to see what you've got.

Location: Bradenton, Fla.
Price: $8,850,000
The Skinny: This West Florida waterfront home is the mullet of mansions. It's all business in the front—with acres of red brick, a federal facade, and an equine fountain—but party in the back—neon-blue pool lighting, yes please! The five-bedroom, seven-bath house totals more than 10,000 square feet and includes all the standard goodies—yes, a media room is standard now—plus a deepwater dock with boathouse, boat lift, and unimpeded access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Sounds terrific, right? Ah, but the interior is a caricature, where busy patterns and bright colors have come together with oversized doorway pediments and a double-height living room to produce a never-before-seen but vaguely historic combination. It's schizo in the most satisfying way, provided you're not the one shelling out almost $9M for it.
