One of our appraisers just shared this sign – photo taken on the inside of an elevator in a Manhattan residential building.
Conclusions:
Soothes panicked riders – by the time you finish reading the sign, help will have arrived.The elevator breaks down frequently enough to warrant extensive detailed instructions.I’d hate to see the author’s daily “to do” list. Must be 800 pages for a dozen items.
