Many worry the city hasn't thought about everything that could happen. Surprisingly, the Planning Commission received only 150 responses to the America's Cup Draft EIR mostly multipage documents from coalitions of the usual NIMBY suspects, including the Telegraph Hill Dwellers and the Crissy Field Dog Group, which doesn't want their canine passeggiata interrupted.
