In fact, the apartment shown here, the penthouse of a glassy Richard Meier building, used to belong to Stewart herself until it was sold to someone nicknamed "Captain Fun," reports the Wall Street Journal today. Elsewhere in the apartment, note our cousins at Curbed NY, there's a "giant bear swinging over the staircase, surrounded by traffic cones." Using urban and possibly found objects: that's nothing if not Martha-approved resourcefulness. But would she approve of the $13.M ask?
