The 2-bed, 2-bath, 1330 square foot main house has a great layout and an abundance of natural light thanks to the eight skylights throughout the place. There's a large studio in the backyard that's currently staged as an outdoor dining area. It's about 400 square feet. The property last sold in 2005 for $745K, so we suspect it'll go for above asking. Parking doesn't seem to be included.
