Have a nomination for a jaw-dropping listing that would make a mighty fine House of the Day? Get thee to the tipline and send us your suggestions. We'd love to see what you've got.

Location: East Hampton, N.Y.
Price: $40,000,000
The Skinny: Another summer, another chance for Hamptons art dealer Bernard Goldberg to sell his 5,000-square-foot, shingle-style home on tony Lily Pond Lane for $40M. Listed last summer for that very same price, the prime 1.25-acre property has seen no price chops, despite the lack of a sale. While the house is far from tiny, it is no giant monstrosity either. Sadly, respect for tastefully sized houses is in short supply on this stretch of sand, so potential buyers may be looking to tear down this historic home. Built in 1900, the six-bedroom, seven-bath manse occupies one of the most prized plots in the Hamptons, facing the ocean and Lily Pond.
