Huge San Fran news: the Hellman Mansion has sold for $12.75M. Designed by Julius Kraft and built in 1902, the eight-bedroom Neoclassical pile first appeared on the market for $20M in Sept. 2011, but suffered many a ruthless PriceChop, and just last year hosted the 35th annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase.
