Have a nomination for a jaw-dropping listing that would make a mighty fine House of the Day? Get thee to the tipline and send us your suggestions. We'd love to see what you've got.

Location: Franklin, Tenn.
Price: $25,500,000
The Skinny: Since 2008, Eagle's Rest Farm in Franklin, Tenn. has been the state's most expensive listing, first asking $33M, then reduced to $27.5M in 2011. Now the sprawling equestrian property has had its price chopped yet again, by $2M. That's a lot of money, but not in this context, as the asking price remains a whopping $25.5M. The 700-acre estate is crowned with a 20,000-square-foot main house, built in 2001, that boasts five bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a 4,000-square-foot master suite, a billiards room with cafe, a movie theater, and a showroom garage with space for nine cars. The grounds are similarly well equipped, with a horse barn, a kennel, maintenance shed, caretaker's house, and a 12-acre private lake with dock.
