Set to be finished in Seoul, South Korea, in 2015: two 850-plus-tall residential towers connected by a 10-story "pixelated cloud." Designed by Rotterdam-based architecture firm MVRDV, the complex will include housing, restaurants, green space, a hotel, and a gym. Great. As today's Gizmodo headline bluntly asks: "What the hell were these architects thinking?"
