This is borderline brilliant: a Tucson, Ariz., house newly listed for $1.025M is marketing itself through @IAMAHouse1, its very own Twitter handle. Created by the homeowners' son (and not to be confused by the English dormitory personified by the Twitter handle @iamahouse), @IAMAHouse1 has been live since Saturday and includes a mix of clever selling tactics ("Yep, it's November and I'm going for a dip in the pool. You hear that Wisconsin? #gottalovearizona") and philosophical quotes about homeownership ("Home is where one starts from. - T. S. Eliot #quote.")

As for the property itself, here are the vitals, stripped of brokerbabble terms such as "charm and "grace": built in 1980, it offers 4,000 square feet, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, fireplaces, French doors, a pool, and a "spa patio." Photos right here:
