Paris has long drawn a cosmopolitan, international crowd to its enticing confluence of art, music, fashion, and food. As a result, the City of Light has a high standard in pricing, especially for the trophy properties that shrug off the frugal Euro stereotype. With deep-pocketed Russian oligarchs investing—or spending a bundle to not invest—in the most expensive properties from here to the Riviera, the top-end prices aren't about to fall anytime soon.
